: Charm shcool reunion show taping Saturday night and now Sharon Osbourne is under investigation by the LAPD.

Sharon Osbourne allegedly went nuts on contestant Megan Hauserman after Hauserman made a comments about Ozzy. Sharon grabbed Megan by her hair and held on, as well as scratched the reality contestant.

Security broke up the Charm School fight and Megan Hauserman went to the hospital and later filed a report with the police.

Sharon Osbourne is being sued by a former reality TV contestant over an altercation during an episode of the star’s Rock of Love Charm School show.

The incident, which was screened on VH1 in the US in January, shows Osbourne exchanging insults with Megan Hauserman before she poured a drink over her.

According to Los Angeles court papers, Ms Hauserman claims Osbourne, 56, hit her, pulled her hair and scratched her.

The 27-year-old is seeking a jury trial and punitive damages.

The lawsuit claims claims battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Ms Hauserman alleges that she has suffered physical and mental injuries in addition to emotional pain and suffering.

She is also claiming past, present and future medical expenses, loss of earning capacity and business opportunities.

Ms Hauserman’s lawyer Warren J Binder told the Associated Press: “It’s pretty hard to deny what happened on the video. We look forward to our day in court.”

The incident occurred during the filming of a reunion episode after Ms Hauserman referred to Osbourne’s husband Ozzy as “brain dead”.

Osbourne’s publicists were not immediately available to comment.
