10 Provinces, 23 Youtube Musicians,100% Canadian This video features 23 unique and amazing Canadian Youtube Artists from across Canada, representing all 10 provinces! I originally came up with the idea for this video on May 11th, and It took us over a month to put together. Thank you to everyone that was involved! Wavin’ Flag was written by Canadian artist “K’naan” for his 2009 album ‘Troubadour’. Since its release it has become an international super-hit having been recorded in over 15 different languages, and chosen by Coca-Cola as their promotional anthem for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The version of Wavin’ Flag that we recorded is a charity single originally recorded by the Canadian Super-group ‘Young Artists for Haiti’. The proceeds from their song go toward the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. If you’d like to make a donation, or purchase some of the ‘Young Artist For Haiti’ merchandise please visit their website. www.youngartistsforhaiti.net Thank you to everyone! www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com
