The first instrument is actually not a marimba but a type of “ranat” (ระนาด) and the second instrument is a type of “saw” (ซอ), which is like a Thai violin.

aww, the little boy is cute. . . . and what the hell is that second instrument. . . lol it looks like some garbage glued together to make some kind of musical thingy. . . still thought they were bouth good though
God the traffic noise! same everywhere!!!That second clip. I know his instrument is all made up etc but the sound is a style of music i LOVE, but am not sure the exact name of the style. Do you?
